I have been disabled for over five years, and I must admit that in the early days I used to spend a lot of time in the house, because I simply could not see how I would be able to move outside of the house and go and visit friends and relatives alone. It was only after speaking to a friend that I took a look at some of those Electric Mobility Scooters, which enable disabled people such as myself to be able to get out of the house much easier. I was a little worried at first, because I wasn’t sure if I would be able to drive it probably, but after using it for just a few weeks I found it was very easy to handle indeed, and now I go up to two or three miles away from the house to visit my friend without even thinking about it. I just wish that I had learned how easy it could be to move around by using one of the scooters much earlier.
